Smart Menu is a full-featured, real-time groupware solution for restaurants and cafes. It is designed to simplify and automate a range of food business operations which include services offered to guests like food selection and ordering, kitchen operations for handling order queue and food preparations, support staff like waiters taking up guest requests, cashier operations for billing and payments, back office operations for maintaining inventory and purchases, management operations for overall monitoring and quality assurance and last but not the least system administration. •QUICKER TURN AROUND TIME: An in-built alert system considerably cuts on customer’s wait-time by sending out notification at run time to the staff for updates customer has placed an order, when food is ready OR when customer has requested the bill / called waiter.
•MENU IN YOUR OWN LANGUAGE: A language lesser understood by your guest can play a spoilsport and make things unnecessarily complex; to help this we have made an app that supports multi-language text. It is super easy now to add a new language for restaurant and allow their guest to view menu card in their own language.
•A MENU CARD AS GOOD AS A WAITER: For a guest, waiter’s assistance is inevitable in a restaurant. But, our app minimises the need to engage a waiter by providing minutest detail about food offered viz. avg. cook time, avg. servings, weight, specifying special requests, ingredients, ratings, etc. yet giving options which make dish selection easy and quick.
•YOU SEE WHAT YOU CAN ORDER ONLY: Filtering dishes based on time of the day and availability is made simpler. So, the possibility of selecting a dish and suddenly knowing it cannot be served is omitted.
